Research is s verb its doing something.

In doing these things we are going to generate source material.

Such as:
  • Quotes
  • Opinions
  • Statements
  • Facts
  • Statistics
  • Feedback
  • Analysis
  • Photographs (Visual Material)
  • Information (Useful Information Context)
  • Data (Body of Stuff, Statistics, Facts, Photographs etc...)

The result of doing the research is a noun.

Evaluate current body of research within our current project that we are working as a team on 'how to get people to read more?'

10 ways of that research process & the products we get from our research can be effected by:
  • Avaliability & access to books
  • Regulations & restrictions
  • No access to target audience
  • Travel & cost to exhibitions
  • People not taking questionnaires seriously
  • Fake websites
  • Avaliability of subject matter
  • Time constraints
  • Cooperation of target audience
  • Access to photography equipment

How to overcome these and improve our research:
  • Bigger Questionnaire
  • Collect more statistics from a range of sources
  • Ask our target audience questions
  • Experiment with different medias
  • Visit Waterstones and go to the reading corner.
  • Go to Library (Main City)
  • Safety of spacial awareneww
  • Find out more popular childrens books
  • Look at existing products aimed at children.
  • Childrens illustrations.
